These Terms and Conditions govern access to qrlink.co.in and the QRlink services. By creating an account or using QRlink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using QRlink
You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and use QRlink only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you publish.
Acceptable use
You must not use QRlink to mislead others; impersonate a person or organisation; distribute unlawful, harmful or malicious content; violate intellectual property or privacy rights; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant QRlink the limited permission needed to host, process, display and transmit that content for the operation of the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it.
Plans and paid services
Current plan features and any applicable prices will be shown before purchase. Paid-service terms, billing periods, renewal details and cancellation rights will be presented when paid packages become available.
Third-party links
Profiles may link to third-party websites or services. QRlink does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Service changes and availability
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of QRlink. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
QRlink’s software, branding, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of QRlink intellectual property to you.
Account suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk or harm to QRlink or others.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, QRlink is provided on an “as available” basis. QRlink will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the latest effective date will appear above.
